The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.

Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we recognise that there may be times when you might not be happy with the treatment you have received. We will aim to address any concerns you have when you raise them. Should you remain unhappy with the practice’s response and wish to submit a complaint you can do so by contacting Diane Alonzo, Patient Services Manager, writing to her or via the practice e-mail address (grobysurgery@nhs.net).
