Named Accountable GP: As you may be aware that since April 2015 all Practices are required to provide all their Patients with Named Accountable GP who is responsible for their overall care. Our named accountable GP's are Dr Tanjit Ghag (female) and Dr Karaminder Gajebasia (male). This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the Practice as you currently do. If you wish to know who your named accountable GP is, please speak with Reception team. Thank you.
